For a reliable measurement of ammonia a good sample line installation is crucial. PFA or PTFE tubing is usual a good choise. To minimize reaction time at concentration changes it is recommended to flush the sample line with an external pump. To prevent dust coming into the system, use a PTFE or PFA inline filter.
